The Future of Leadership Skills research project aims to identify the leadership competencies that will be most valuable in the coming decades.
By surveying 250 senior leaders and 25,000 employees across industries, the project will gather insights into the evolving demands of leadership and how organizations can cultivate these skills to stay competitive in an ever-changing business environment.
By the end of the project, organizations will have a clear understanding of the leadership skills that will be most critical in the coming years and practical steps for cultivating these abilities.
We invite you to participate in a brief survey aimed at exploring the evolving landscape of leadership skills.
