The Future of Leadership Skills research project aims to identify the leadership competencies that will be most valuable in the coming decades. 


By surveying 250 senior leaders and 25,000 employees across industries, the project will gather insights into the evolving demands of leadership and how organizations can cultivate these skills to stay competitive in an ever-changing business environment.

  • To understand the key leadership skills needed for the future workplace.
  • To provide a comprehensive data-driven view of what leadership looks like in a fast-evolving global landscape.
  • To establish actionable recommendations for organizations to develop the next generation of leadership.

  • Current Leadership Trends:
    Identifying the most critical leadership traits in the current environment.
    • Exploring how these traits are likely to evolve with technological advances, globalization, and shifts in workforce dynamics.
